Applicable to 7 kinds of refrigerant (R12, R22, R32, R500, R502, R134a, R410A) for reclaim.
Electrostatic separation method removes moisture and oil
Impurities in refrigerant are charged by friction with needle valve, and these charged impurities are removed by the electrostatic precipitator. Moisture in the refrigerant which has no impurities is removed by filter-dryer and reclaim used refrigerant as almost virgin.
Small unit but high purity reclaim
Small unit but ensures high purity reclaim by adopting electrostatic separation method.
Applicable to mixed refrigerants
Possible to minimize a composition change in mixed refrigerants such as R410A, as it sucks liquid refrigerant directly and charges in liquid phase. ※Reclaiming R407C causes a composition change.
