1941

•	Suekichi Asada, the founder, established [Tokai Tekkosho] under a partnership for the purpose of manufacturing machines.

1953

•	Developed portable electric powered pipe threading machine "Piset" for the first time in Japan.

1961

•	Developed threading machine "Pilathe" for 6" pipe.

1964

•	Formed a sales company [Tokai Kikai Co., Ltd.]

1968

•	Built the Inuyama plant in the industrial part in Inuyama, Aichi Prefecture.

1970

•	Export Section was set up within the Planning Department and started to export.

•ASADA Sales Co. was established as the sole sales organization of "Piset"

1972

•	Developed small and light weight threading machine Piset [Panda].

•	Issued stock convertible bond sponsored by Nagoya Small Business Investment Supporting Company.

1973

•	Developed [Drain Cleaner] for cleaning of sewage piping.

1976

•	Exchanged agreement with Rothenberger of Germany for business association. Started sales of copper tubing tools "R-System".

1979

•	Changed the company name to [ASADA Corporation]. Combined manufacturing and sales companies. Corporate Identity logo was introduced.

1981

•	Received technology supporting fund for the small business from the Ministry of International Tradeand Industry. Developed portable band saw [Band Saw 120].

1986

•	Established [Doctor Homes Co., Ltd.]

•	Opened the Singapore Branch Office for the sales and technical support in the East Asian market.

1987

•	Started sales of "Yellow Jacket" brand tools by Ritchie of USA, for air-conditioning works.

•	Introduced reciprocating cutting machine [Pipe Saw 100] for the first time in Japan.

1988

•	Opened Representatives Office in Taipei

1989

•	Developed high pressure cleaning machine [High Pressure Cleaner]

1990

•	Established ASADA-Aaronco Machinery in Malaysia.

1991

•	Open a Sales Office in Bangkok, Thailand. Completed ASADA Head Office to mark the 50th anniversary.

1993

•	Established [ASADA Taiwan Corp.] in Taiwan. Also, established [ASADA (Thailand) Co., Ltd.] in Bangkok and started production of the high pressure cleaning machine.

1995

•	Received the Small Enterprise Research Center Award.

•	Received an Award by the Minister of the Science and Technology Bureau for technological development.

•	Obtained recognition by MITI and started sales of refrigerant recovery machine "OZsaver".

•	Established [ASADA USA].

1997

•	Received commendation by MITI for the contribution in promoting imports.

1998

•	Doctor Homes (a subsidiary company) started refrigerant business as a licensee of refrigerant for recovery operation and management of recovered refrigerant.

1999

•	Established [ASADA MACHINERY] in Bangkok, Thailand as an off-shore production plant.

2000

•	Business to study and develop [Portable Refrigerant Decomposition Unit] was assigned by NEDO and the Research Office for the Environmental Equipment has been opened at the Inuyama plant.
•	Started sales of the inner pipe inspection camera "Rocam"

2001

•	Introduced the refrigerant decomposition unit at the [REGTEC 2001] Show, sponsored by NEDO.

•	Received the 4th Grand Award for the "Protection of Ozone Layer"

•	The second Thailand plant of "ASADA Machinery" has been completed and started production of "Beaver" threading machine in two models. Started production of the two models "Beaver" threading machine.

•	Provided "ASADA Scholarship Fund" at King Mongkutfs Institute of Technology.

2002

•	Introduced high pressure refrigerant recovery machine "EcoSaver RS13" and low pressure refrigerant recovery machine "EcoSaver R11".

2003

•	Received "Brand Creator Nagoya" Award by the Nagoya Chamber of Commerce.

•	Obtained recognition of the Environment Management System ISO14001 at the head office site.

2004

•	Recognized by Aichi Prefecture government for the "Aichi Brand Enterprise" as an enterprise which has own technology and products of high quality.
•	Introduced "Freon Cleaner C60", a fully automatic machine to clean and recycle automotive air-conditioning unit of R-134a refrigerant.

•	Introduced 「ECO saver SF6」 for sulfur hexafluoride

2005

•	Introduced Recycling Machine, 「Eco Cycle Series」

•	Introduced portable circular saw, 「Beaver Saw Series」

2006

•	Received Aichi Environmental Award, 「Nagoya Mayor Award」

2007

•	Introduced high speed recovery machine, 「Eco saver TC」

•	Sent an expert of Asada staff to Mongolia for technical training of recovery

•	Received the “Ozone Layer Protection/Global Warming Prevention Award” from Ministry of Environment

•	Plumbing tools were presented and used at The 39th International Skills Festival for All in Japan

2008

•	Expanded the manufacturing plant of Asada Machine Co., Ltd in Bangkok, Thailand

•	Received the “Ozone Layer Protection Award” from U.S. Environmental Protection Agency

•	Start job order prodcution of Decompostion Machine for CHC, HCFC and HFC, Plasma X

2010

•	Established Asada Vietnam Co., Ltd
